Job description
We're in search of a Sales Lead with a strong background in selling IT Services, encompassing Mobile & Web applications, AI/ML, Cloud Services, and Desktop applications. You will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base, fostering strong client relationships, and ensuring the overall growth of the organisation.
Responsibilities - Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to drive business growth and achieve sales targets. - Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support to maximise their performance and productivity. - Set sales targets, monitor progress, and provide regular performance evaluations to the sales team. - Identify new business opportunities, markets, and target clients to expand the customer base. - Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing appropriate solutions. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to align sales strategies with overall business objectives. - Conduct market research and analysis to stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and customer preferences. - Develop and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and negotiations to key clients. - Monitor and analyse sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to identify areas of improvement and adjust sales strategies accordingly. - Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in IT services, and technologies to effectively promote and sell the company's offerings. Qualifications : - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus. - Min 8 years of experience in Sales within the IT industry. Candidate must have a min of 4 years of experience in the UAE market. - In-depth knowledge of the IT industry, including software, hardware, networking, cloud-based solutions, and emerging technologies. Language preference - Arabic - Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth. - Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire the sales team. - Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. - Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities. - Ability to analyse sales data and market trends to make informed decisions. - Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools. - Willingness to travel as required.Job tags
