Hiring for Assistant Manager/Manager -Key Account for Metro Brands

Total experience required -4-8Yrs into Retail/E-com/Internet/Marketplace

Qualification -Any Graduate/Post Graduate

Location -Mumbai-Kurla

Roles and Responsibilities:

Business: Building the Joint Business Plan, defining the metrics, and driving the sales of the specific eCommerce accounts and building relationships with the Planning and executing complete business operations of e-commerce at each level. Establishing working relationships with e-commerce partners, improving content on partner platforms & driving and enabling exclusive launches. Understanding the Key Business Drivers for this channel and managing channel forecasts. Strong analytics and deep dive on data to be presented internally and efficiently using the insights for positive outcome in business. 2.Operations: Supporting the operations function and driving excellence in existing processes and developing new process. Ensuring fill rate commitment and tracking inventory forecast for each account. 3.Marketing: Supervise the digital spends and campaign activity for select key accounts. Ensure timely execution of ads activity and adhering to budgets and ROI targets. 4.Reconciliation: Deep dive in financial reconciliation and support the relevant teams with closure from Key accounts. Validation of sales, returns and claims data and share with relevant teams.
