Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Regional Manager-SaaS role located in Noida.

1. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets within the assigned region.

2. Identify and cultivate new business opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.

3. Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals to drive performance and exceed sales targets.

4. The Regional Manager-SaaS will also be responsible for maintaining relationships with strategic partners and closing deals with top-level clients.

Qualifications

• Experience in Sales & Lead generation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing or related field

Knowledge of the IT industry and experience in SaaS sales would be a plus.
