Job description

Outcomes

1. Learn basic work processes & key traits for becoming good customer support agent by end of week 2

2. Achieve consistent Chat & Call quality above 95 % in audits from week 4 onwards

3. Achieve consistent CSAT above 95 % from week 5 onwards

Competencies:

1 Clear communication skills ( Hindi & English)

2. Good Listening Skills

3. Should be Polite while talking with clients

4. Understand queries & should be able to provide resolution at first contact

5. Basic computer Knowledge - should know to operate windows, excel, google sheet etc

6.1 High typing speed ( 30- 40 WPM)

6.2 Grammar Assessment

7. Persistent performance under high work-load.

8.Teamwork. Reaches out to peers and cooperates with supervisor

9. Multi-tasking

10. Empathy - ability to see a situation from client's viewpoint

11.Flexibility/adaptability - should be able to adapt fast changing processes

12. Should be staying nearby office premises

13.Willingness to work hard

14. Chat experience

15. Call experience

16. Email experience
