We are urgently hiring for HR Recruiter (Non IT)

1. Requirements –
· Excellent communication skills.
· Experience Hiring for Non IT roles.
· Strong experience in hiring Investment Banking roles
· Good hands on Excel, ATS software.
2. Experience – 0 - 3 years
3. Shift Timings – General shift – 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
4. Contract Period – 6 months and extendable
5. Qualification – Graduate, Post Graduate, MBA HR
6. We can look for MBA HR or BMS HR Fresher
7. Compensation – 30K - 40K
Location - Powai, Mumbai
Role & Responsibilities of the position in brief:
Recruitment:
▪ Ensuring optimum utilization database / jobsites / reference, job posting, daily alert and sending bulk mails on jobsites as well as sourcing resumes via. Job portals like Naukri, IIMjobs, LinkedIn, etc
▪ Screening the resumes in terms of qualification, experience, expatriation, technical fit, communication and pay package etc.
▪ Conducting preliminary interviews (telephonic as well as in-person) with the candidates to check their interest skills after briefing them about the job description and company profile. ▪ Coordinating & scheduling interviews for the shortlisted candidates ▪ Conducting negotiation process for salary, joining time, joining bonus, documentation etc. ▪ Partnering with hiring managers to determine staffing needs.
▪ Strong experience of hiring for Investment banking roles. Knowledge about technical skills required to fill a particular position.
MI & Analytics:
▪ Preparing and Analyzing Division wise daily, weekly & monthly MIS reports using Power Point & Excel
▪ Ensuring timely & accurate updation of Joinee database
▪ Maintaining all recruitment related Trackers
Key Skills:
∙ Prior experience in Recruitment role is recommended
∙ Excel knowledge of Microsoft Office products – Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word
∙ Excellent communication skills(Written and Oral) with experience in dealing with external stakeholders
∙ Ability to multi task, Prioritization of work
∙ Analytical skills with attention to details and accuracy
∙ Flexibility (Openness to Change) - Adapts effectively to changing plans and priorities; is open and flexible when faced with changing circumstances.
