Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Counselor role at Dr. Abroad in Ahmedabad. The Counselor will be responsible for providing guidance and advice to clients on global education opportunities, immigration policies, and visa regulations. They will also communicate regularly with clients via phone and email, participate in outreach programs, and maintain accurate records of client interactions. As a Counselor, the successful candidate will need to be empathetic, detail-oriented, and have excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in student counseling, education consultancy, or immigration services
• Knowledge of global education systems, immigration policies, and visa regulations
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Empathetic and patient with clients
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
• Bachelor's degree in Counseling, Education, Psychology, or a related field
• Proficiency in a second language is an asset
