Job description

About the role This role will focus on techniques and tools used to contextualize and find out data about competitors, candidates, and clients to help create a coherent strategy for recruitment. The objective of the role will be to provide strong market intelligence that can give TA advisors/Talent Scouts the best opportunity to identify and hire the most skilled candidates. Responsibilities • Building a stronger understanding of the pharmaceutical sector and candidate positioning • Conducting a thorough research and analysis of the job market including industry trends, competitor hiring practices, emerging skill demands and candidate preferences. • Will subscribe to portals, newsletters etc. to stay on top of industry and cross industry happenings. • Monitoring and assessing competitor's talent acquisition practices, including their recruitment approaches, employer branding efforts and candidate experiences. • Gathering relevant data from various sources, such as job boards, industry reports, social media, and internal data bases, to build a comprehensive understanding of the talent landscape. • Ensuring the data collection and analysis adhere to ethical standards, especially when handling sensitive candidate information. • Creating clear and visually appealing reports, presentations, and dashboards to communicate insights effectively to stakeholders. • Providing insights to enhance the organization's employer brand by understanding how it is perceived in the market and suggesting improvements. • Serving as a subject matter expert in market trends and insights during recruitment strategy discussions and decision making processes. • Staying ahead of cutting-edge techniques and tools- Gather market trends on TA technologies and sharing insights with the org TA team. Requirements and Skills • Graduate in HR with 10+ years of experience with at least 5+ years in market research, talent mapping and data analytics • Comprehending the intricate dynamics of the job market and how they impact the organization's recruitment efforts. • Recognizing the supply and demand for specific skills, understanding the competition for top talent and awareness of industry trends that affect hiring strategies.
