Key Responsibilities
Create Anchor driven Programs • Clear understanding of Anchor value chains • Ability to interpret various financial and non financial metrics to gauage the credit risk involved the value chain. • Ability to build specific programs that suit the value chain. • To build a clean and sustainable Operational credit/ Financial portfolio with the Anchors Monitoring the Portfolio • Build systems to manage the portfolio risk. • To ensure Nil delinquencies • Create a lead indicator metrics to manage credit risk Critical Competencies for Success · Educational background –MBA/CA with 5+ years of experience · Experience in Banking and especially Supply Chain Business · Excellent verbal and written communication with interpersonal skills · Good hold on Excel and other statistical tools/models is an added advantageJob tags
