Strengthen the Frost & Sullivan brand equity within and beyond the core industry sector and the assigned territory/account book and generate revenue and consistently achieve set targets, by developing/maintaining client relationships and positioning Frost & Sullivan's products and services as deemed fit.

About the role:

Senior Business Development Executive

Position defined to do a combination of

i) Support account targeting and penetration

ii) Support senior customer engagement leaders in defined accounts

iii) Support campaign activity.

To learn all about Frost & Sullivan services while developing core customer engagement competency skills. To move on to the S3 level, you must show at least 18 months of success in your current role and manage your business properly through all required performance metrics.

Responsibilities

Previous experience in gathering business-relevant information and generating client interest from a remote selling and telesales approach, including in-person client meetings when required.

The Hunter: The motivation to identify, generate and exploit new business opportunities via new logos, as well as nurture existing accounts

Strong business acumen with the ability to forge and maintain strategic partnerships with internal and external clients and the ability to target new business

Ability to work autonomously, but also effectively in an international team environment.

Keeping in mind diverse cultural influences, time zones and working styles.

Being intellectually curious and agile in thinking, with a willingness to learn.

Results-driven, persistent and prepared to take a proactive and creative approach.

Ambition and self-motivation to succeed regardless of the challenge to generate new business and manage existing accounts.

Have a methodical working practice.

Understand sectoral and customer business requirements, with the ability to quickly evaluate how Frost & Sullivan's various service value propositions can be applied.

Organized, outgoing, and capable of delivering tangible results in a fast-paced and creative environment

Be confident in structuring and managing meetings via Zoom/Teams.

Qualifications and Experience:

At least 3-5 years of experience in International sales.

Preferably in B2B sales.

Must have End-end sales experience.

Must have done negotiation, Articulation and identification.

Well-organized and detail-oriented

Take ownership to work independently with remote supervision

Can multi-task and meet tight deadlines

Are disciplined and adhere to high-quality standards

Is a strategic thinker; understands how operational activities are vital in supporting the overall strategy of the business
