GameNation is an Ecommerce company dealing in console gaming products of Sony PlayStation, Microsoft Xbox, and Nintendo Switch. We deal in Brand new as well as Pre-owned games from and to customers. We also focus on the Pre-owned games market to promote the culture of console gaming in India and make it more affordable and accessible for gamers.
Responsibilities
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
- Communicating with customers through various channels.
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
- Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
- Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
- Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience working as a Customer Support Executive or a similar position in the Customer Service department.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- A customer-oriented individual.
- Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks.
- Excellent negotiation and sales skills.
