Job Description: This is a mid level (10-14 years) hands on Associate manager role with covering 360 life cycle of Domestic IT Staffing (Hiring Indian candidates in India for US clients) starting from sourcing through on-boarding. As a Domestic IT Staffing Associate manager, you will play a crucial role in identifying, sourcing, and hiring top IT talent in India for Stefanini clients in US and India. You will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to candidate onboarding, ensuring that we attract and retain highly skilled professionals to meet our client needs. Domestic IT Staffing Associate Manager will be based in India at Noida. . This position will support all Domestic IT Staffing hiring for our clients in US and India for North America & APAC division. This position is for hands on recruitment and the person will work with all the Top Leaders and BULs in US. Domestic IT Staffing Associate Manager will do: Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and vendors, to identify potential IT candidates. Review resumes, conduct initial phone screenings, and assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the position. Collaborate with stakeholders or BU leaders to understand their requirements and expectations. Provide regular updates on candidate sourcing and progress to stakeholders. Create compelling job descriptions and post them on relevant job boards and social media platforms. Develop and maintain a strong online presence for our company to attract potential candidates. Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and clients. Prepare candidates for interviews by providing information about the company and the role. Conduct in-depth interviews with candidates to assess their technical skills, experience, and cultural fit. Evaluate candidates' technical knowledge through technical assessments or tests. Facilitate salary/rate negotiations with candidates. Create a effective vendor network to get the right quality resumes on time Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the offer acceptance and onboarding process. Maintain relationships with candidates to build a strong talent pipeline for current and future recruitment needs. Provide feedback to candidates and keep them informed about their application status. Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in the IT industry. Understand the competitive landscape and salary trends to advise clients and candidates effectively. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations governing recruitment. Maintain accurate and organized records of candidate information and communications. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (HR, Business, IT, etc.), Post-Graduation preferred. Must have experience working in fast paced environment. Able to pick up things quickly and grasp. Hit the ground running from day 1. Aggressive, positive, not giving up – key characters for this role. Proven experience in Domestic IT Staffing industry in a similar role, with a strong understanding of the IT industry. Familiarity with various IT roles and technologies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities. Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment software. Knowledge of relevant labor laws and regulations. Strong multitasking skills.
