Job description

Our client is looking for a full-time Growth & Digital Consultant to join our team in Gurugram, with flexibility for some remote work. As a Growth & Digital Analyst, you will be responsible for helping identify, measure and implement strategies to promote business growth. You will drive efficiency in marketing by effectively using performance marketing, CRM, and social media. You will also set up enterprise analytics platforms and strategies to ensure a data-driven approach to business.

Qualifications:-

• Bachelor's & Master's degree in marketing, business, or a related field from Tier 1 / 2 college.
• 3+ years of experience in growth marketing, digital analytics, or related roles
• Strong analytical skills with expertise in data analysis and data visualization
• Experience with performance marketing, CRM, and social media marketing
• Very strong hands-on experience in Google Analytics, GA4, GA360. Minimum 2 Years.
• Experience with enterprise analytics platforms, such as Tableau or Power BI
• Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and other digital marketing strategies
• Strong Project Management.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams
• Sectoral experience in e-commerce, retail, or BFSI/fintech is a plus
• Experience with data science and machine learning is a plus
