Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the entire portfolio of Office leasing/ co-working space in Mumbai.
Work directly with the CEO and the India Sales head to drive strategic initiatives, business planning & external partnership opportunities
Drive Business Development/ Acquisitions through the life cycle of Deal Sourcing, Investment Analysis, Due-Diligence, Structuring, Negotiations & Closure, pan India
Financial & Development advisory across all real estate assets in the commercial.
The Successful Applicant
Successful Candidate:
Proven track record of achieving sales excellence in the commercial real estate sector, preferably with a background in real estate, such as IPC or substantial experience in real estate leasing, for 6 + years.
Demonstrated a history of consistently achieving targets and exceeding sales goals within the commercial real estate industry.
Skilled in analyzing data and communicating insights clearly to Indian clients.
