Job Description : Role - Deputy Manager, Business Performance Management and AnalyticsBand - 5BTeam Size - Individual ContributorWhat will you do in this role? - Python application development, testing, and maintenance- Working with other developers, designers, and stakeholders to satisfy project needs.- Developing and maintaining code and application documentation- Participating in code reviews and contributing to best practices for the team- Maintaining current knowledge of emerging technologies, programming languages, and software development techniques.- Blending data storage options together.- Enhance the functionality of existing systems.- Deploy data security and protection solutions.How do you know that you are fit for this role? - You have at least 2 years of experience in python in a fast pace and high complexity industry (financial services exposure will be a plus). - Experience with BI development best practices such as agile methodologies, requirements gathering, requirements analysis, prototyping, testing, and deployment to production.- You have experience of data and business intelligence ecosystem (Power BI /Qlik /Tableau / SAP BO), languages (SQL / python /Pyspark / Excel and VBA macros) etc.- Knowledge of logical and physical data modeling concepts, data lakes and cloud platform technologies- Ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders and lead multiple work assignments with high standards in a fast-paced environment- Strong oral and written communication skills as well as presentation skills to effectively communicate and interact with personnel at all levels throughout the organization.- Highly detail oriented and organized.
