Job Title: Inside Sales Manager
CTC: 10-13 LPA Experience: 6 to 10 Years Location: Bangalore Work mode: Onsite Primary Skills: l The candidate should have experience in the preparation and execution of a sales strategy.

Qualification: MBA –Marketing/BA, B.Com, BBM, Nontech is preferred.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES: - Understand the business and the potential
- Analysing market and sales information
- Identification of prospective clients.
- Set up a Brand identification strategy and execution plan
- Research competitive products by identifying and evaluating product characteristics, market share, pricing, and maintaining research databases.
- Set and track sales targets for team
- Suggest and implement improvements in the sales administration process
- Coordinate department projects to meet deadlines
- Report on sales metrics and suggest improvements
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts
- Use customer feedback to generate ideas about new features or products
- Research and discover methods to increase customer engagement
- Ensure sales, finance, and legal policies and procedures are met
- Liaise with Marketing and Product Development departments to ensure brand consistency and increase sales
- Manage the sales representatives team
- Reporting to management on marketing and sales activities
