Job Title: Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)

Contract Length: 13 Weeks Shift: 8.00A 4.30 P Pay: $35 $45 per hour

Overview: Join our team as a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) and contribute to the delivery of highquality rehabilitation services to our patients. As a valued member of our interdisciplinary team you will work under the supervision of licensed physical therapists to implement treatment plans provide therapeutic exercises and support patients on their journey to recovery. Responsibilities:

• Assist physical therapists in conducting initial and ongoing assessments of patients physical function mobility and strength.
• Collaborate with the treatment team to develop individualized rehabilitation plans based on patients goals and needs.
• Implement therapeutic exercises manual techniques and modalities as prescribed by the physical therapist to improve patients functional outcomes.
• Monitor patients progress during treatment sessions and communicate observations to the supervising physical therapist.
• Provide education and instruction to patients and their families on home exercise programs and proper techniques for performing activities of daily living.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress treatment interventions and outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Current licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) in NH.
• Previous experience in a rehabilitation or outpatient setting preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with patients families and members of the healthcare team.
• Compassionate and patientcentered approach to care.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.
• Basic computer skills for documentation purposes.
