*Urgent Requirement for a Leading Real Estate Firm in Mumbai*

Job Title: Front Office Executive (Receptionist)

Job Location : Thane & Miraroad

Experience: 4 - 7 years as Front Office Execuitve

Budget: Up to 7 LPA basis last drawn

Shift Timing: Day Shift 10:00 am. to 7:00 pm.

Working Days – 6 days

Week offs – 1 weekoff on a roaster basis between Monday to Thursday

Education: Graduation is mandatory

*Required Skills* - Excellent Communication Skills - Should be willing to take initiatives - Excellent interpersonal skills - Customer Service Oriented

*Job Responsibilities* - Answer calls, take and relay messages - Provide information to callers - Greet people and direct them to the right person - Deal with queries of employees and customers - Monitor visitor access and maintain security awareness - Provide general administrative and clerical support - Prepare correspondence and documents, when needed for admin support - Receive and sort mail and courier - Schedule appointments for HOD’s when needed - Maintain appointment diary - Manage booking of conference, boardroom and meeting rooms - Co-ordinate meetings and organize catering as and when required - Monitor and maintain office equipment - Control inventory relevant to reception area
