We are now seeking a talented and driven IOS Developer to join our team at DailyBrief.DailyBrief is part of Fairfest Media Limited — an established leader in travel media and events. Know more about Fairfest at an iOS Developer, you will be responsible for the design, development, and maintenance of high-performance iOS applications. The ideal candidate should have a passion for technology, a strong problem-solving mindset, and a proven track record of delivering innovative and robust iOS solutions.Responsibilities:Design and build advanced applications for the iOS platform, ensuring the highest quality, performance, and responsiveness of the applications.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot, debug, and optimize code.Work closely with UI/UX designers to implement visually appealing and intuitive user interfaces.Ensure the application's design principles, guidelines, and best practices are followed.Integrate with various APIs and web services to fetch and display data.Collaborate with backend developers to ensure seamless integration between the iOS application and server-side components.Continuously optimize the performance of the application to provide a smooth user experience.Identify and implement solutions to improve application efficiency and responsiveness.Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and adherence to coding standards.Document code and ensure that documentation is up-to-date.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.Proven work experience in iOS app development with a strong portfolio of successfully delivered applications.Proficient in Swift and Objective-C, with a good understanding of Cocoa Touch.Experience with iOS frameworks such as Core Data, Core Animation, etc.Familiarity with RESTful APIs to connect iOS applications to backend services.Strong understanding of design patterns, software architecture, and best practices.Knowledge of version control systems, such as Git.Experience with performance and memory tuning tools.Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
