Responsibilities: - Visual Brand Identity: Develop and manage Funspire's visual brand identity, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints. - Design Creation: Produce high-quality designs, including logos, packaging, promotional materials, and more. - Collaboration: Work closely with marketing teams and clients to translate brand concepts into captivating visuals. - Industry Trends: Stay up-to-date with design techniques, styles, and industry trends. - Project Management: Manage multiple design projects, adhering to deadlines and budgets. Qualifications: - Portfolio: Showcase a portfolio of professional work and project samples that demonstrate your design skills. - Design Mastery: Proficiency in foundational design concepts and visual principles. - Technical Skills: Familiarity with design tools and technologies necessary for outstanding work. - Effective Communication: Ability to communicate visually and effectively to influence and inspire. Preferred Qualifications: - Education: Bachelor's or associate's degree in design or an art-related field. - Experience: Two or more years in a design role. - Software: Certification and/or training in relevant design software programs.
