Job Description

The Solutions team is responsible for driving enablement for account teams, client product adoption and scaling new & existing solutions, and 3rd party partnerships (i.e. Button, Invoca) across CJ's clients. The Global Solutions Manager will be instrumental in scaling the Solutions team output by getting resources in account teams' hands faster and across more CJ solutions to enable their overall success in client growth & retention.

Responsibilities

Product/Solution Adoption & Training

  • Own the building of educational materials for Business Process Automation rollouts
  • Own scheduling and presenting live training for Business Process Automation rollouts
  • Own the reporting for Business Process Automation solution adoption
  • Collaborate with Sr. Solutions Manager & Solutions Director with building educational materials for Product & Data Science solutions rollouts
  • Collaborate with Sr. Solutions Manager & Solutions Director on Product & Data Science solution rollout live training
  • Assist with reporting for tracking integrity and other Product & Data Science product adoption

Competency Badging

  • Collaborate with Sr. Solutions Manager & Solutions Director on badging development
  • Own badging communication for certain markets
  • Own reporting on badging statuses, follow up to ensure completion, etc. for certain markets

Process Creation, Implementation, Adoption

  • Assist in identifying gaps in processes and creation of processes across various areas of the business to streamline work and drive efficiency
  • Assist in playbook development & maintenance, ensuring stakeholders are assigned to updated existing playbooks & create new material as needed

Knowledge & Feedback Gathering/Sharing

  • Collaborate with Sr. Solutions Manager & Solutions Director on client & account team engagement; gathering feedback to help with solution prioritization and enhancements planning.
  • Collaborate with solution development teams (BPA, Data Science, Product) on ensuring the right stakeholders are obtained for each project, and the right level of effort is present among stakeholders to get to an optimal solution rollout.

Qualifications

  • Requires 10+ years of related experience and 3-5 years' experience in digital marketing.
  • Critical thinker and creative problem solver
  • Deep understanding of various marketing technologies
  • Proven track record of driving change management
  • Passion for developing processes, streamlining, and creating efficiencies
  • Strength in communicating across different departments/roles and across levels of an organization
