Job description

Monitoring and Investigation : Monitor the activities and operations of the organization to identify any potential instances of fraud, corruption, misconduct, or unethical behavior. Conduct investigations into reported or suspected violations of policies, regulations, or laws.
Compliance Oversight : Ensure that employees, contractors, and stakeholders adhere to the organization's policies, procedures, and code of conduct. Regularly review and update compliance policies and guidelines to reflect changes in regulations or industry standards.
Risk Assessment : Identify potential risks and vulnerabilities within the organization's operations, processes, and systems that may expose it to fraud, corruption, or other forms of misconduct. Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies and controls to prevent such occurrences.
Training and Awareness : Conduct training sessions and awareness programs to educate employees about their roles, responsibilities, and ethical standards. Promote a culture of integrity, transparency, and accountability throughout the organization.
Whistleblower Protection : Establish mechanisms for employees and stakeholders to report instances of wrongdoing or unethical behavior confidentially and without fear of retaliation. Ensure that whistleblowers are protected from harassment or discrimination.
Collaboration and Coordination : Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as HR, Legal, Compliance, and Audit departments to address compliance issues, investigate allegations, and implement corrective actions. Coordinate with external agencies such as law enforcement or regulatory bodies as required.
Documentation and Reporting : Maintain detailed records of investigations, findings, and actions taken. Prepare and submit regular reports to senior management, board of directors, or regulatory authorities regarding compliance activi
