Job description

This role offers significant responsibility and challenge, with ownership for selling BSI products and services to new and existing customers to meet annual Training budget targets. The role gives real diversity and variety, where one day you ll be identifying new prospects to grow the BSI customer base; and the next you will be reviewing sales activities and KPIs to enhance future sales activity.

Strong sales and communication skills are at the heart of this role. You ll have constant interaction with a variety of clients and will have the chance to own the sales performance for a dynamic growth area for the business with the challenge of making it a success and demonstrating real value add. This role is perfect for an experienced Salesperson ready to take on the additional challenge of delivering significant revenue growth by achieving the assigned training sales budget for the designated territory.

About You

To be successful in this role you ll have proven experience of closing B2B sales and winning new customers; you will have a track record of significantly exceeding targets and expectations. You will be skilled in engaging with the customer to establish an understanding of their business drivers. You will need to draw on your organisational and problem solving skills in order to deliver results. You may already be a Sales Service Executive.

In your role as a Training Sales Advisor, you will -

Act as a brand Ambassador for BSI. This means acting ethically, following company rules and promoting BSI services to clients so they are able to optimize business performance and Make Excellence a Habit .
