Job Description
Test Manager Role Responsibilities:
- Overall planning and coordination of testing
- Create test plan and check implementation during test
- Responsible for appropriation of MF ALM / other test documentation tools like TFS, JIRA, SOLMAN etc.
- Assure quality of test artifacts and conformity to procedure defined in test plan, Risk management incl. implementation of respective measures
- Provide status reports to the project manager about test progress and test results
- Responsible for test result tracking and defect management
- Conduct status meetings with project team
- Test tool support for project team
Professional & personal requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Minimum of 4 to 6 years of experience in Testing
- Good in testing and know-how of MF ALM / other test documentation tools like TFS, JIRA, SOLMAN etc.
- Process Know-how in minimum one SAP process area / Other ERP tools
- Ideally ISTQB Advanced level Test Manager certification or at least Foundation level
- Project management Skills, Logical thinking, solution-oriented
- Good communication skills in English
- Intercultural, open minded, team-player, flexible and reliable
