Role – ASM (Sales) Location – Delhi Salary – 8-10 LakhJobs & Responsibility: Identify market segment to promote Oleoresins, Essential Oils and food ingredients business streams.Work on a clear business plan with well-defined objectives and establish strategies for achievement of bottom line targets.Identify new customers/ principals/ new markets for the Oleoresins, Essential Oils, food ingredients business streams.Attend and participate in Seminars/ Exhibitions to promote company and its products.Drive business to meet Revenue targets.Good understanding of Market for Oleoresins, Essential Oils and food ingredients business and well versed in lead generation, nurturing and sales closure.Handle customer issues and resolve the same by initiating corrective and preventive actions.Responsible for price negotiations and making the customers aware about the terms and conditions.Skills:Superb leadership ability.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.Experience building and delivering engaging product presentations.
