Role Description

This is a full-time Senior Key Account Manager role at DocBoyz in Pune. The Senior Key Account Manager will be responsible for managing and growing key accounts, developing and executing business plans, providing exceptional customer service to clients, and analyzing market data to identify business opportunities.

Qualifications

• Analytical skills, with the ability to analyze market trends and data
• Proven experience in account management and key accounts
• Ability to create and execute effective business plans
• Excellent customer service skills, with an understanding of customer needs and relationship management
• Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Good communication and presentation skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Experience in the BFSI sector is preferred
