Job Title: Service Delivery Manager - Learning and Development

Job Summary:
We are seeking a seasoned learning and development professional to join our Technology business unit as a Service Delivery Manager - Learning and Development. In this critical role, you will be responsible for leading and managing the learning and development function, ensuring that our employees have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional results for our clients. You will work closely with various stakeholders to design, develop, and implement training programs that align with the organization's strategic objectives. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in instructional design, adult learning principles, and technology-based training delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

. Develop and implement comprehensive learning and development strategies that align with the organization's goals and objectives.

. Collaborate with subject matter experts to design and develop engaging and interactive training content that meets the diverse needs of our employees.

. Collaborate and Partner with a team of L&D experts in the Central L&D team to ensure alignment and effective delivery of all central training programs.

. Utilize technology-based platforms to deliver training programs, including e-learning modules, webinars, and virtual classrooms.

. Conduct needs analysis, gap analysis , and other assessments to identify training opportunities and recommend solutions.

. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, using metrics such as participant feedback, knowledge assessments, and behaviour change.

. Identify emerging trends and best practices in learning and development and make recommendations for implementation.

. Work closely with operational leaders to ensure that training programs align with business objectives and address performance gaps.

. Continuously improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the learning and development function by implementing process improvements and leveraging technology.

. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards in all training programs.

. Provide coaching and mentoring to team members (if there are any direct reports) to help them achieve their career goals and professional development aspiration.

Requirements:

. Any Bachelor's degree with a preference in Instructional Design, Adult Education, Human Resources, or a related field Master's degree preferred

. Minimum of 9 - 12 years of experience in learning and development, preferably in a technology-enabled environment.

. Proven track record of successfully designing and implementing learning and development programs that drive business results.

. Strong knowledge of instructional design models, adult learning principles, and technology-based training delivery

. Experience in managing and leading a team of trainers and instructional designers would be an advantage.

. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas simply and effectively.
