Other Requirements Administrative
Duties Bachelor s Degree (Business, Finance, Accounting, etc) preferred 10+ years of data management, deal management, project management, or commercial real estate experience
Strong English communication skills (written, verbal)
Experience supporting the development of Business Process Outsourcing or Shared Service Center teams
Experience improving processes and procedures to drive standardization and improve efficiency and quality
Experience leading teams and contributing to the professional development of junior team members
Demonstrates the ability to communicate and interact with key team members (Americas and India based) to resolve issues and effectively collaborate in executing work
Ability to balance and prioritize multiple priorities in a high volume, fast paced environment
Strong project management, communication, and relationship management skills
Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to navigate challenges with a solution orientated mindset and act with a sense of urgency
Willingness to work in flexible shifts including North America hours
