Act as first point of contact towards other FP&A COEu2019s, and finance business partners for all FP&A related questions and built and maintain a strong internal network to have fast and sharp business support
u2022u00A0u00A0 u00A0Analyzes and reports on packaging performance by means of: Monthly performance, AOP, Target setting, product/market/customer/integral profitability, Quarterly Forecasting, RoFo, Strategic Review,
u2022u00A0u00A0 u00A0Analyze the effect of over-under coverage on the costs price of the product including adders reconsolidation (duties/freight)u00A0
u2022u00A0u00A0 u00A0Performs forward-looking ad-hoc analysis, such as project & footprint discussion and evaluation, scenario analysis, etc.
u2022u00A0u00A0 u00A0Prepares, attends, minutes and keeps track of follow-ups regarding performance and strategy meetings. Takes initiative to bring relevant financial issues to the attention of his/her relevant stakeholders.
u2022u00A0u00A0 u00A0Responsible for the reporting and analysis framework and for driving continuous process improvements, including driving lean and efficient reporting, (scenario) analysis, financial planning processes, and business cases.
u2022u00A0u00A0 u00A0Participates in various x-BG/Sector/Market Finance improvement projects. Understands systems and tools. Ensures quality, accuracy and integrity of information stored in our systems, enabling a single source of truth.
u2022u00A0u00A0 u00A0Perform detailed business analysis on supply chain cost developments, forward looking trends and insights to enable corrective actions including savings initiatives for value creation.

You're the right fit if:

• Qualified CA/CMA/MBA finance professional with at least 12+ years of FP&A experience
• Working experience in PMA & EFR (AFO & SQL Cubes)
• Advanced Excel skills
• Ability to handle huge/Big data and digest complex information
• Number crunching ability u2013 grip of numbers
• Go-Getter and willing to take initiatives when things are unknown
• Ability to influence to get things done
• Good inter-personal skills
• Transformation mindset
• Maturity to handle senior stakeholders
