We provide platform management, product design, content creation, customer service, graphic design, and other support services for e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, eBay, Groupon, Wish, Fruugo, Mail Shop UK, Onbuy.com, Secret Sales, Shopify, Wowcher and so on.

We are looking for a talented and experienced Social Commerce Executive with a passion for influencer marketing to drive our social commerce initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of social commerce platforms, influencer relationships, and e-commerce trends. They will be responsible for developing and executing influencer marketing strategies to optimize our social commerce channel, increase sales, and enhance the overall customer experience.

Responsibilities: •Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies to identify, engage, and manage relationships with relevant influencers on TikTok. •Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and PR, to align influencer marketing initiatives with overall business objectives and campaigns. •Conduct thorough research to identify suitable influencers whose audience aligns with our target market and brand values. •Create and communicate clear campaign briefs, goals, and expectations to influencers, providing necessary support and guidance throughout the collaboration. •Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, such as click-through rates, conversion rates, and ROI. Continuously identify new opportunities for influencer partnerships, staying abreast of industry trends and emerging influencers. •Stay up-to-date on industry trends, platform updates, and best practices in social commerce to inform strategy and decision-making. Manage relationships with third-party vendors, agencies, and influencers to support social commerce efforts and expand reach.

Timings: •Mon to Fri - 12:30 to 9:30 PM(April-October) •Mon to Fri - 1:30 to 10:30 PM(Nov-March) •Saturday - 10:30 AM to 7:30 PM
