Lakme Salon & Academy is looking for Sales Professionals for its Ghatkopar Branch. !
Job Description:
• Lead, inspire, and coach the sales team to meet and exceed enrollment and revenue targets.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans tailored to the beauty academy's programs and courses.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitors' activities, and changes in beauty education to identify and exploit new business opportunities.
• Oversee student recruitment activities, including open houses, information sessions, and other outreach efforts.
• Develop and manage the sales department's budget, ensuring cost-effective operations.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of sales representatives, provide constructive feedback, and implement corrective actions when necessary.
• Identify training needs and provide ongoing training and development opportunities to the sales team to enhance their knowledge of beauty programs.
• Prepare and present regular sales reports to the senior management.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree or Masters Degree
• Proven experience as a Sales Manager in an educational or beauty-related setting.
• A genuine passion for the beauty and wellness industry.
• Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Knowledge of the beauty education industry and its trends.
Experience: 2-6 Yrs
CTC: Upto 5 LPA
