Job description

1. Preparing and posting invoices in the customer portal.
2. Prepare reconciliations of BOT postings .
3. Take on new customer transitions from US and stabilization of transitioned processes.
4. Prepare SOPs for the transitioned processes.
5. Bringing in process improvements and time/cost savings.

Qualifications

1. A commerce graduate with minimum 5 years of rich experience in Invoicing and Billing .
2. Proficient in MS Excel .
3. Should have handled reconciliations .
4. Experience in MIS reporting is preferred, but not mandatory .
