Job Title: Order Management Process Associate
Job Overview:
We are seeking a qualified and experienced Order Management Process Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1-year experience in Order Management, with a strong background in handling activities such as Order Entry, Modifications, Holds Management, Handling customer queries, and Invoicing. Proficiency in using ERPs or CRM tools (e.g., SAP, SNOW, Oracle, Cosmic) is highly desirable. The role involves providing support to Team Leads in engagement activities and requires flexibility to work in different shifts and occasional on-site client locations.
Essential Qualifications, Training, and Experience:
- Minimum of 1-year experience as a Process Associate
- Any Graduate/Postgraduate with a focus on Order Management
- Hands-on experience in Order Entry, Modifications, Holds Management, Customer Query Handling, and Invoicing
- Familiarity with ERPs or CRM tools (SAP, SNOW, Oracle, Cosmic, etc.) is an added advantage
- Proficiency in Microsoft tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and business systems
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Flexibility to work in any shift and "Work from Office" mode
- Willingness to work from client locations when required
Responsibilities:
1. Execute Order Entry, Modifications, Holds Management, and Invoicing tasks efficiently.
2. Handle customer queries promptly and professionally.
3. Utilize ERPs or CRM tools for seamless Order Management processes.
4. Provide support to Team Leads in engagement activities, including training, logistics, and acting as a point of contact.
5. Ensure high accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks performed.
6. Proficiently use Microsoft tools and business systems to enhance productivity.
7. Collaborate effectively with team members and other stakeholders.
8. Demonstrate the ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
9. Take initiative in learning new processes and tasks to contribute to continuous improvement.
