Role
Sr. Network Voice Engineer (L2 Support) Experience Level 5 8 years Skills Proven hands on IT Network experience in Switching and Routing domain Experience and expertise in ShoreTel/Mitel VoIP PBX, Enterprise Call service center Experience in SIP media gateway. Network tools such as Solarwinds Deep understanding of networking protocols (such as IPSec, HSRP, BGP, OSPF, 802.11, QoS) Hands on experience with monitoring, network diagnostic and network analytics tools Knowledge of delivering services in the VOIP, PBX and data communications areas Qualifications and Certifications Diploma Degree in Engineering or Science CCNA, CCNP, CCIE certifications Responsibilities Run (operations) To support ShoreTel Switches, Voicemail, IP Phones, Call Center and ShoreTel Communicator equipment To install and configure communication platforms using IP based signaling products RCA Root Cause Analysis for major incidents Ownership of Incidents, Problems and Changes till closure Change Management Preparation and submission of CR requests, securing change window and implementation of changes To write documentation relating to ShoreTel Phone system support To implement New office deployment (Phones, Voicemail, and Circuits To manage Voice/Video planning, monitoring, performance tuning, and troubleshooting Business Hours Normal: US Shift / Rotation On call Support: The candidate must be prepared for on call support beyond business hours Travel No Work Location PuneJob tags
