Job description
Role: Internal Auditor
Shift: 6 pm – 3 am
Location: Bangalore / Pune (Hybrid working model)
**Salary:** 15-18 LPA (including variables)
Qualification: CA / CMA / MBA / PGDM Finance (MBA and PGDM full time only)
Experience: 2-3 years relevant & overall experience. (Not seeking more than 3 years' experience)
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Prepare accurate monthly financial reports and presentations with insightful analysis.
- Provide FP&A support on productivity, demand planning, reporting, and metrics to accounting teams.
- Identify and propose solutions for business challenges.
- Collaborate with finance teams for metrics, goals, and business reviews.
- Dive deeply into financial data, becoming a subject matter expert for additional insights.
- Work on corporate projects impacting the entire organization.
- Create presentations with insightful analysis, identifying action items and framing decisions.
- Research variances, proactively identifying improvement opportunities.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- CA/ CMA / MBA Finance with strong Financial and Analytical skills.
- Maximum 2-3 years relevant experience in core FP&A roles (P&L / Balance Sheet Analysis, Budgeting, Forecasting, Variance Analysis, Management Reporting).
- Strong Communication, Analytical, and Collaboration skills, with experience working with Senior Stakeholders / Clients.
- Comfortable working in US shifts (night shifts).
