Job Overview: Vardhman Group is seeking a skilled Human Resources Specialist with a focus on Training and Development to join our team. The ideal candidate must have a solid background in HR practices, particularly in designing and implementing training programs and managing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for employee performance evaluation.
Job Description: • Collaborate with department managers to establish and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for employees, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. • Develop and implement performance management systems to track employee progress and provide constructive feedback for improvement. • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees in understanding and utilizing KPIs to drive performance improvements. • Analyse KPI data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for intervention, and provide actionable insights to stakeholders. • Regularly review and update KPI metrics and benchmarks to ensure relevance and alignment with changing business needs. • Serve as a subject matter expert on training and development best practices, KPI methodologies, and HR-related compliance requirements. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate training initiatives and KPI metrics into broader HR programs and strategic initiatives. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field. Master’s degree is preferred. • 3-4 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with a focus on training and development and KPI implementation. • Proven track record of designing, delivering, and evaluating effective training programs in a corporate setting. • Experience in developing and implementing KPI frameworks, performance metrics, and measurement systems. • Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and learning management platforms. • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, draw conclusions, and make data-driven recommendations.Job tags
