Graphics Designer for Election Management Fellowship Program Location : Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh Company: Demos Project Pvt. Ltd. Location: Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh Duration: 2 months Language Requirements: RWS in Telugu, and English Experiences: 2 - 3 Years Stipend range: 35K - 50K per month Company Description: Demos Project Pvt. Collaborating with campaigns across the political spectrum and geographies, we engage in strategizing, executing plans, overseeing social media, and managing field operations. Responsibilities: · Develop visually compelling and on-brand graphics for digital and print materials. · Create designs for social media posts, infographics, brochures, banners, and other promotional materials. · Contribute to the development and maintenance of a consistent visual brand identity. · Ensure all design elements align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives. · Collaborate with the creative team, marketing team, and other stakeholders to understand design requirements and project goals. · Participate in brainstorming sessions to contribute creative ideas and concepts. · Assist in the creation of multimedia content, including videos, animations, and interactive elements. · Collaborate with the multimedia production team to integrate graphics into multimedia projects. · Be adaptable and open to working on a variety of design projects, adjusting to the needs of different campaigns and initiatives. · Conduct quality checks on all design deliverables to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with project requirements. · Manage time effectively to meet project deadlines and deliver high-quality designs in a timely manner. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field. 3-5 years of proven experience as a graphic designer, preferably in a political or campaign setting. Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects. Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team. Knowledge of political landscapes and current affairs is a plus.
