Key Responsibilities:
- Build and nurture relationships with BFSI sector clients through the agency channel.
- Understand clients financial objectives and challenges providing expert advice on tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized financial products and services.
- Identify growth opportunities within the BFSI sector and execute expansion strategies.
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes offering insights to clients.
- Achieve sales targets and crosssell banking products to drive revenue growth.
- Maintain accurate client records and ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies.
Qualifications:
- Any Bachelors degree .
- Proven 2 years of track record in BFSI relationship management via the agency channel.
- Deep knowledge of banking and financial products services and regulations.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- Resultsdriven mindset with a focus on exceeding targets.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Adaptability in a dynamic BFSI sector.
