Job description:
Conducting A Pre Production Meeting on behalf of Buyers Representatives.
Pattern checking & adjustment.
Marker checking & adjustment.
Fabric inspection, shade band making, shrinkage testing.
Responsible for Work-study, Quality, Technical and Product Development.
In-house QC for orders and conduct pre-final inspections.
Maintaining the quality system, documented in this manual.
Taking all quality related decisions
Instructing quality assurance personnel about the requirements of the particular style / buyer.
Discussing about all the quality related aspects with each area in – charge and production and production manager in garments department.
Managing the product development (sample room) & pre-production process, Quality assurance.
Responsible for all technical aspects from sampling to product delivery. (include packing, cutting, Fabric inspection)
Responsible for develop out sourcing and its quality such as embroidery, printing etc.
Deal with customer if required for sampling and technical issues.
