Job Description-
Business Partnering-Driving solutions on people trends along with leadership teams on hiring, employee development and improvising on productivity outcomes. Managing complex ER concerns and partnering to improve business effectiveness
Talent Management- Building scalable people practices and creative engagement programs leading to enhanced employee satisfaction. Develop impactful drivers on learning, wellness initiatives, etc. by propagating on the core organization values.
Leading end-to-end responsibility to delivery on Talent Acquisition requirements across the organization. Developing metrics that can be used to track and monitor progress against headcount budgets and on-boarding plans and achieving on diversity plans
Talent Acquisition- Ensuring deliveries on recruitment strategies w.r.t Quality, TATs, budgets, etc.
Core project team leader / member to deliver on various strategic HR projects
Compensation programs, benchmarking, retention of critical skills / top talent
