Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telecaller. The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, providing information about our services, answering questions, and scheduling appointments for our sales team. The Telecaller will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Ability to make a high volume of outbound calls
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to handle customer objections and resolve customer issues
• Basic computer skills and proficiency with CRM software
• Experience in telemarketing or customer service is preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent required. Associate or bachelor's degree preferred
