We are looking for an experienced and strategic Social Media Manager to own our social media presence and activities, with a focus on driving brand awareness, generating leads, and growing our online community.
Roles & Responsibilities:
In this role, you will be responsible for:
· Developing and executing a social media strategy aligned with broader marketing and business goals.
· Creating, curating, and managing all published content including images, video and written posts.
· Growing followers and driving meaningful engagement across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn.
· Monitoring trends and optimize content based on social media analytics and metrics.
· Providing regular growth, engagement and performance analysis reports and recommendations to leadership.
· Working closely with marketing, sales, product and customer experience teams to identify and develop audience personas, product/service highlights and impactful messaging.
· Identifying opportunities for social media campaigns, partnerships and influencer marketing.
Job Requirement:
We are looking for someone passionate about social media with deep knowledge of both strategic and tactical best practices.
The ideal candidate must have:
· 3+ years managing business-focused social media accounts with a strong record of growing followers and engagement.
· Excellent communication skills and creative flair.
· Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
· Familiarity with social media analytics tools and reporting.

· Segmenting customers into buyer personas and mapping out their buyer's journey.
· Defining positioning, messaging, and channels to reach each persona through each journey stage.
· Building a targeted content strategy to attract and nurture prospects.
· Developing launch plans and sales plays for new products/services.
· Planning account-based marketing approaches for high-value accounts.
· Setting up metrics and dashboard to track performance against goals.
· Conducting market testing and optimization to refine strategies and tactics.
Qualification:
Bachelor's/Master's (preferable )degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
