Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Fitness Manager located in Coimbatore. The Fitness Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily gym operations, managing a team of trainers and instructors, providing personalized training plans and nutrition counseling to clients, and ensuring high-quality customer service. The Fitness Manager will also be responsible for implementing and promoting fitness programs and initiatives to drive membership growth and retention.

Qualifications

• Experience in Group Exercise and Group Training
• Strong knowledge of Fitness Industry trends and best practices
• Certified Personal Trainer with a recognized credentialing organization
• Background in Exercise Physiology or related field
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to motivate and inspire individuals and teams
• Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or related field
• Experience in sales and marketing is a plus
