Job Overview

We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to join our team at Krishpar Technologies Pvt. Ltd. As a Customer Support Executive, you will be responsible for resolving customer queries and providing exceptional customer service. This is a full-time position based in Bangalore, Karnataka, India, and is ideal for someone with 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Qualifications And Skills

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in a customer support role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi
  • Experience in voice process or domestic voice process
  • Knowledge of BPO industry and customer support best practices
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
  • Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Resolve customer queries through phone, email, and chat
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Assist customers in troubleshooting technical issues
  • Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate channels
  • Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues
  • Stay updated with product knowledge and industry trends
  • Meet or exceed customer support metrics and targets
  • Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards customers
