POSITION SUMMARY:

Primary areas of focus:

Marketing automation and email best practice implementation and daily operations across AMER, EMEA and APCJ. The Marketing Operations Specialist implements all incoming and outgoing Marketo program requests globally, including but not limited to: event program builds (emails and landing pages), webinar program builds, landing pages for digital activities, landing page customization (HTML, CSS, custom scripting) nurture engagement program builds, and program master management. The role is also responsible for database management tasks including lead imports, image library maintenance and data governance.

He or she works closely with the global operations manager, database administrator and regional operations managers, to ensure projects are managed and delivered to stakeholders within the Service Level Agreement (SLA) while maintaining quality and brand consistency.
