Job description
General administration areas includes procurement and
contracting of services, vendor management, arranging national and international events , managing employee
relationship.
Managed petty cash expenses and office operations.
â— Facilitated Financial Year Closing activities, such as vendor reconciliation.
â— Facilitated audit related tasks which includes physical verification of assets verification, audit compliances.
â— Managed vendors/agencies to ensure that they efficiently and effectively provide needed services while staying within
budgetary limits.
â— Maintained the Administrative requisitions, quotes/bids, comparison, evaluation, approval, contract/purchase order,
delivery note etc. for each purchase.
â— Hired new firms for supply of services/goods on annual basis. Managed their annual Contracts including AMC/CAMC.
â— Assets and inventory management (including maintenance of assets and inventory registers, up-keep and maintenance
of all assets and equipment)
â— Reviewed and authorized monthly bills from suppliers/service providers for payment processing.
â— Managed all employees' reimbursements related activities which includes mobile reimbursement
