Job description

General administration areas includes procurement and
contracting of services, vendor management, arranging national and international events , managing employee
relationship.

Managed petty cash expenses and office operations.
● Facilitated Financial Year Closing activities, such as vendor reconciliation.
● Facilitated audit related tasks which includes physical verification of assets verification, audit compliances.
● Managed vendors/agencies to ensure that they efficiently and effectively provide needed services while staying within
budgetary limits.
● Maintained the Administrative requisitions, quotes/bids, comparison, evaluation, approval, contract/purchase order,
delivery note etc. for each purchase.
● Hired new firms for supply of services/goods on annual basis. Managed their annual Contracts including AMC/CAMC.
● Assets and inventory management (including maintenance of assets and inventory registers, up-keep and maintenance
of all assets and equipment)
● Reviewed and authorized monthly bills from suppliers/service providers for payment processing.
● Managed all employees' reimbursements related activities which includes mobile reimbursement
