• Candidate should be a Graduate with Excellent English Communication Skills
• GDS Experience is a must not minimum 6 months. 'Issue; Refund; Re-Issue'
• Preferred experience in amendment & ADM & groups handling but not a must
• Handling and communication skills not minimum to very good through emails & WhatsApp & calls
• Age requirements are 34 years old
• Flexible personality to work on rotational shifts
