Job description
• Draw out a comprehensive marketing plan to boost penetration, brand awareness and acquisition of customers.
• Implementation of the marketing campaigns right from ideation to final analysis and refinement.
• Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns, including print advertisements, brochures, direct mail, outdoor signage and promotional events
• Collaborate with creative agencies, printers, and other vendors to produce high-quality marketing collateral that aligns with brand standards
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify offline marketing opportunities and consumer preferences
• Manage the offline marketing budget, track expenses, and implement plans in a cost- effective manner.
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements related to both offline marketing and real estate advertising.
• Bill Boards, signage and other offline methods to create a strong build image in our core markets of Palakkad, Thrissur, Angamaly, Trivandrum
Requirements
· Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
· Proven experience (Minimum 5 years) in offline market, advertising, or brand management
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities, with a keen attention to detail
· Actively involved in end-to-end execution of offline marketing campaigns
· Knowledge of print production processes, media planning, and advertising regulations
· Familiarity with marketing analytics, KPIs, and reporting tools to assess campaign performance
