Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Shift Manager at Vm Restaurant Consultants in Hyderabad. The Shift Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant by overseeing the quality of food, service, and staff. The Shift Manager will work directly with the restaurant staff and report to the Restaurant Manager. Additionally, the Shift Manager will be responsible for scheduling and supervising the staff, as well as maintaining inventory levels and ensuring a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in the food and hospitality industry
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in high-pressure situations
• Experience in restaurant operations
• Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
• Strong computer skills including knowledge of MS Office
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field

Relevant skills and qualifications that would be beneficial for the Shift Manager include experience in managing restaurant inventories, knowledge of food industry regulations, and training or certification in safety and hygiene standards.
