Job description
Minimum Qualifications · Education & Experience o Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university o 3+ years of experience performing work developing, configuring, and implementing Salesforce – including at least 2 years working as a Salesforce Administrator. · Certifications
(at least) o Salesforce ADM201 o Salesforce Administrator Required People Skills · Solid communication skills – both oral and written. · Self-motivated, responsible, efficient, and highly organized. · Professional, confident, and cordial demeanor. · Strong desire to continuously learn new things quickly. · Creative and analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills. · Able to work independently, with a high level of performance, with minimal direct supervision. · Ability to handle and prioritize simultaneous requests. · Ability to estimate work effort accurately, and then meet all delivery commitments. Required Technical Skills · 3+ years of experience performing work developing, configuring, and implementing Salesforce solutions – including at least 2 years working in a Salesforce Administrator role. · Direct experience building Salesforce-based custom applications to meet specific business needs. · Deep understanding of Salesforce security models – especially around the shift toward leveraging permission sets instead of profiles for user authorization. · Ability to assess the impact of incremental Salesforce updates on the client’s specific environment – and to mitigate any associated risks – in advance of them being applied. · Proven ability to build custom apps and objects, formula fields, workflows, custom views, and other content of intermediate complexity. · Proven quality hands-on delivery of Salesforce solutions using Lightning Web Components, Flows, and custom Apex coding. · Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and functionality. · Experience delivering quality technical outcomes in an Agile project management environment.Job tags
