Job Description : - For an increase in agency performance, we are looking for Sales Manager. Who is Expert in Sales and Marketing. Job Roles : - Recruiting, screening, and training new agents. - Create a network with advisors to approach sales. - Demonstrated highest level of integrity, intellectual honesty, and strong work ethic - Motivate the advisors to achieve the sales target set by the company - Managing responsibility for client accounts - Handling a team of on-roll managers - Increase the client base by converting opportunities into sales. - Develop and bring about an effective agency channel plan to achieve your goals - Offering clients financial assistance and advice Candidate Profile : - Graduation Compulsory. - Minimum 2-to-4 years experience in Field Sales and Marketing. - 22 to 38 years - Good team building skills - Must be having a two-wheeler.
